With high fluidity of 12g/10min (230℃, 5kg), it enables smooth injection molding, even for enclosures with complex structures, fine edges or integrated components-reducing mold jams and production defects. It boasts strong chemical resistance, resisting common cleaning agents and industrial solvents used in electronic production without material aging or cracking. The product also has excellent dimensional stability and high rigidity, preventing enclosure deformation during processing, assembly or long-term use, a key advantage of our ABS Carbon Fiber Composites.

 

It is easy to process: bake at 80℃ for 4 hours before molding, with a processing temperature range of 200-230℃, compatible with most standard injection molding equipment in the industry-no additional equipment modification needed.
