The PC Electrical Conductivity of Carbon Fiber Composite is optimized via precise modification, ensuring stable conductivity (surface resistivity 10³-10⁹ Ω) and industrial-grade mechanical performance, a key advantage of our PC Carbon Fiber Composites.
■ Third, PC+Carbon nano tube conductive compound (PC CNT material), designed for ultra-high cleanliness-free of impurities, making it ideal for precision electronic applications. All three types share core features: easy moldability, strong dimensional stability (no warpage or deformation after molding), excellent conductivity, high strength, good creep resistance and heat resistance, adapting to harsh processing and service environments.
■ Process-wise, all variants require baking at 120℃ for 4 hours (to remove moisture and avoid molding defects) and have a processing temperature range of 240-280℃, compatible with standard injection molding equipment, no extra modification needed for most production lines.
